Jason is our Chief Executive Officer. Prior to co-founding Forge Technologies he has spent the past 25 years working in the technology sector, holding several leadership and Board positions for both privately owned and publicly listed organisations.
Jason is responsible for driving the Forge business vision and strategy. His experience spans Managed Services, Unified Communications and Cloud Platforms in a range of commercial and operational areas.
His personal time is spent with his family, hiking, running and getting on his snowboard whenever possible.
Sam is our Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for all aspects of commercial and back office services within Forge Technologies.
A passionate technologist, Sam’s previous roles include Director of Project Services with responsibility for more than 100 project professionals and professional services revenue of £200m+.
Sam was previously CCO for a high growth business, which was recognised by the FT as being the 17th fastest growing company in Europe. He has a degree in Computer Science, is a Fellow of the BCS and IET, a chartered engineer and a Prince2 and MSP qualified project / programme manager.
Jeremy (Jez) is our Chief Strategy Officer, leading executive sponsorship, strategic advisory and complex transformation programmes across our client portfolio. He plays a central role in shaping Forge’s long-term vision, ensuring our strategy remains aligned to market opportunity, partner innovation and client need.
Jez works closely with customers and our leadership team to strengthen our position within the wider ecosystem and to ensure Forge continues to evolve with clarity, purpose and ambition.
Prior to co-founding Forge, Jeremy held leadership roles in several successful IT businesses and brings 20+ years experience with him. He is passionate about stakeholder experience, the need for constant innovation and building great teams. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, taking on challenging DIY projects and traveling (ideally in Australia!)
Richard is our Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 25 years’ experience across the UK Network, Unified Communications, IT and Cyber Managed Services sector. A former technical leader turned board-level strategist, he aligns innovation, commercial direction and operational execution to drive sustainable growth.
He is known for building high-performing teams, shaping strong go-to-market strategies and delivering clear, customer-focused outcomes in competitive markets.
Martin is our Chief Technology Officer; and is our principal solution evangelist responsible for technical strategy, product selection, technical elements of service and project delivery.
He has spent more than 25 years in the IT industry designing and leading technical teams, providing solutions for large scale enterprise customers as well as focusing the last 10 years in the Service Provider space, where he has successfully built and operated a number of large scale Cloud Platforms for European and US markets.
When not at work, he enjoys challenging himself in major house renovation projects, spending time with family and a game of golf or two.
Vicky is our Operations Director, with over 30 years of experience in people and IT service management. Known for her strong leadership and problem-solving skills, Vicky thrives on building and retaining high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and optimising costs, all while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance in regulated environments. Thanks to Vicky’s leadership, we consistently deliver excellent service and keep our customers happy.
Mark is our Sales Director and is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s sales strategy, building key partner relationships, and most importantly ensuring we’re delivering meaningful and measurable business outcomes for our customers.
Before joining Forge, Mark has spent nearly 20 years working for leading managed service providers of cloud, modern work, data and cyber security services, working with both public and private sector organisations. Mark is passionate about professional growth and talent development, he enjoys the challenge solving complex problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is always looking for innovative ways to create value for customers.
Outside of work, it’s family first, followed by rugby, golf, cricket and trips to Cornwall, Italy or further afield.
Caleb is a visionary digital transformation leader with over two decades of experience in delivering game-changing solutions for various sectors and industries. While being a published author and speaker on business and technology, he is also passionate about property renovation and all things practical and repairable.
Nicola is our Customer Experience Manager & Digital App and Innovation Team Lead. Her passion is developing people towards their full potential and ensuring an outstanding service is provided to all Forge customers.
Before joining Forge, Nicola spent over 10 years in management and customer experience across a wide range of sectors. Nicola has a keen eye for detail and keeps our projects on track, communicating progress and celebrating success with our customers.
Outside of work Nicola enjoys growing her own vegetables, travelling and hiking with her partner and dog.
