Forge Technologies Announces Senior Leadership Expansion as Richard Holbrook Joins as COO and Co-Founder Jeremy Humphrey Moves into CSO Role

Forge Technologies, ranked the #1 Fastest Growing Managed Service Provider by IT Channel Oxygen, has announced two senior leadership changes to support its next phase of growth.

Richard Holbrook joins the business as Chief Operating Officer (COO), while Co-Founder Jeremy Humphrey transitions into the newly created role of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), reflecting a strategic evolution in Forge’s leadership structure.

Holbrook brings extensive technical, operational and engineering experience gained across enterprise environments, alongside longstanding relationships with major technology partners including Microsoft and Fortinet. Based within Forge’s UK operations, he will lead all operational functions across the business.

Speaking about his appointment, Holbrook said:

“I’m delighted to be joining Forge at such an exciting moment in its journey. The business has built an impressive reputation for delivering meaningful outcomes for clients, and I’m looking forward to shaping the operational foundations that will support the next phase of growth. My focus will be on scaling effectively while maintaining the high standards of service and innovation that define Forge.”

He added:

“What attracted me most is the calibre of the team and the clarity of the company’s ambition. There is a real opportunity to build something exceptional, and I’m excited to contribute to that.”

Alongside this appointment, Co-Founder Jeremy Humphrey will move into the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Since Forge’s conception, he has been instrumental in developing its digital and IT strategy capabilities, advising executive stakeholders, shaping transformation programmes and ensuring alignment between strategic ambition and technical delivery.

As CSO, Humphrey will focus on executive sponsorship, strategic advisory and leading complex transformation engagements. He will also continue to shape Forge’s long-term direction and strengthen its position within the broader partner ecosystem.

Together, these changes reinforce Forge Technologies’ commitment to maturing its operating model while sharpening its strategic focus. With operational leadership strengthened and long-term strategy clearly defined, Forge is positioning itself to deliver increasingly scalable and impactful outcomes for organisations navigating digital transformation.
